The location is great, and staff is friendly. The place is a couple of blocks away Parma downtown. A heating system and a work desk in our double room were realy useful during our stay: )

This hotel was good choice for exploring Parma, liked it. The location is nice, 4-6 minutes walking distance city center. There is restaurant Maxim's at the premises.

That elevator was missing.
